I am mom to Luka and Leela, and our catahoula leopard dog, Sassy. We’ve lived in Malta, NY for almost 5 years, but I am originally from Rockland County, NY. Before moving here, my husband and I lived in Charlotte, NC and Washington DC. I have been an exercise physiologist for 8 years and was working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the area for 4 years until Leela was born. Once Leela was born, I transitioned to staying home full time. As a family, we love being outside, hiking, going for bike rides and running. I am so excited for the opportunity to join the Fit4Mom Queensbury Saratoga Springs team. Being part of the Fit4Mom village has been so amazing, especially being “new-ish” to an area and not having family nearby. My 3 year old, Luka, loves when he gets to see all the “mommies” and literally thinks we’re all superstars (which we are). I look forward to making so many more memories with all the mommies and kiddos!
