Can I try a class before I join?

Your first class is always free! Click the link at the top of your screen to find out more.

Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?

While you can absolutely just show up, we would prefer you pre-register. By registering, you ensure you get details about where to meet us and what to expect.

What do I need to bring to class

For you: water, towel, yoga mat, or blanket, sunscreen, and comfortable exercise shoes and clothing.

For your littles: snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and any type of stroller.

I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?

You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment. See you there, mama!

Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?

Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.

FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.

How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?

In case of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change. Pre-enroll for classes to be emailed with last minute weather location changes or cancellations. You can also check the schedule on our website.

Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?

Absolutely not! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We meet for a warm up, then power walk or jog to each exercise station. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.

At what age can my baby be in a jogger?

As a general guideline, when your baby can hold his/her head up, he/she can ride in a jogger. But, we suggest that you follow your own stroller manufacturer’s guidelines. You can use a head roll and bolster to make your baby even more secure. With shock absorbers and recline features, the age can be quite young.

Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?

Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller or wagon is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class, it will work just fine!

My baby doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy or I need to feed?

Our classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various props. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so - remember, you are in good company.

Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?

Safety is our first priority, so we do not allow kids to be out of the stroller during class, regardless of age.

What are FIT4MOM Our Village Events & Playgroups?

As moms, we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies and spirits. Our FIT4MOM Our Village Events and Playgroups were created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member, you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly, laughter. Support and connect with other moms through:

  • WEEKLY innovative & creative playgroups - fun for baby

  • MONTHLY Mom's Night Out - this is your time

  • MONTHLY Mommy and Me play dates- get your kids involved in fun activities, special events for showers, births, meal trains, etc. for our members, "Moms with a Mission" activities to help better the community where you live and play. Join us and make a difference.

  • You do NOT have to be a member of FIT4MOM to join these events - all moms are welcome! Please note that some events have an additional cost not included in membership.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. A copy of the policies can be found on the website.

Our Membership

What does my Membership include?

Your membership includes unlimited classes at any of the FIT4MOM Queensbury - Saratoga Springs locations. We offer Stroller Strides, virtual Body Ignite Express, virtual Body Boost and virtual Restore & Recover. Please note that classes offered through Malta Parks and Recreation require a separate registration and are not included in our all-inclusive membership.

Membership also includes a fitness band, FIT4MOM Video on Demand, access to MOMentum (our local discount codes and referral program), weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs and more!

Can I bring family or friends who are visiting to class with me?

Visitors are welcome to come to class FREE of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate longer than one week, they will be subject to a $15 per class charge. All visitors must sign our waiver in order to participate.

How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

All Monthly Memberships require a 3-month commitment. Any cancellation of a membership prior to the 3-month commitment timeframe will result in a $50 Early Cancellation Fee. To cancel your membership, you must email bethbureau@gmail.com at least 10 days prior to the date you wish to cancel your membership. There are no refunds on your monthly membership once monthly payment has been processed.

Unlike most fitness facilities, our Members may place their membership on hold for reasons such as medical conditions and maternity leave. Monthly Membership Plans will not be prorated for vacations/holidays. A membership hold cannot exceed 4 months in a calendar year. After the hold period has ended, the Member’s original membership plan or pass will resume, along with automatic monthly payments when applicable. To place your membership on hold you must email bethbureau@fit4mom.com at least 10 days prior to the date you wish to place your membership on hold to avoid membership payment. There are no refunds on your membership once monthly payment has been processed.

When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing 10 business days before the next payment is due.

How do I change my return date on my hold?

You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email bethbureau@fit4mom.com at least 24 hrs prior to your return. If you attend class without advanced notice your credit card on file will be charged the drop-in rate of $15/class.

What is the fee to place a membership on hold?

There is a $20 fee to place your membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 4 months.

Can I attend classes when my membership is on hold?

When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $15/class. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically.

What is the enrollment fee for a membership?

  • There is a $55 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership on the first day of class, you receive a discounted enrollment fee. The discount amount is based on current promotions.

  • If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin within a 3-month timeframe of cancelation, there is no reactivation fee. If your cancelation timeframe is longer than 3 months and you wish to rejoin, you will be charged the new member sign-up fee.

  • Members who transfer to us from another franchise outside will be not charged an enrollment fee.

How do I update my credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file:

  • Log into your Pike13 account

  • Below your profile photo you will see a list of options

  • Click on "Payment Methods"

  • Update the information

  • Click “Save”

  • Be sure to delete the old credit card on file

If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions about my membership?

If you ever have any questions on your membership, you can email bethbureau@fit4mom.com or call us at 607-319-2837.

Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?

No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
