Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for a 5k race, with the option to train for a 10K race. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques (in-person, virtual, or hybrid!) through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support.
You do not need to identify as a "runner" to be a part of Run Club+, this is for all levels!
We'll host group runs Saturday mornings beginning April 11, 2026, leading up to the Charlton 5K on June 6, 2026. The session includes:
- 1 weekly in-person group run
- Customizable running programs + running guide for 5k and 10k distances
- Group chat for accountability and support
- 1-1 weekly coach check-ins
