How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
To cancel a membership, the member must contact the FIT4MOM franchise owners prior to their next payment due date to request a cancellation. No refunds will be given for dues already paid. The membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the Queensbury - Saratoga Springs franchise.
Members may place their membership on hold a maximum of 4 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per calendar year. Hold starts will coincide with the next billing date and can end on any day of the month.
All Clients wishing to activate holds must submit a written request to the franchise owners. At the end of the hold period, the members’ original membership contract will resume. There is a one-time $20 charge to place a membership on hold. If a member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the Member will still be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement; hold periods do not count towards the Member's monthly contractual obligation.
